We are designers and property investors. With years in film and television, we’ve spent our careers building environments that make people feel something. Now we bring that same intention to every rental property we own, every space we design for clients, and the resort we’re building from the ground up.

How can we help you?

Whether you've got a property that needs some love, one that's ready to list, or you're just looking to invest somewhere your money actually works for you, there's probably a way we can help. We design, renovate, and furnish properties, help list and market them for mid-term rentals, and we're always keeping an eye out for properties to add to our own portfolio — if yours isn't quite market-ready, we'd still love to talk about it.

What are mid-term rentals?

Mid-term rentals are furnished homes for stays of 30 days or longer — usually for families who've been displaced by a natural disaster, a home repair, or a work relocation. We set these up outside the usual Airbnb-style booking platforms, with a real lease in place, so people going through an already-stressful transition have somewhere stable and comfortable to land.
